Position Overview: As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages and backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)

Salary: $100k to $120k a year Plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • At least 2 years of experience in this field.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
