Join our Orthopedic Clinic as Full Time Physical Therapist
We are looking to add to our team a Full Time Physical Therapist. Our mission is to empower individuals in our community with Orthopedic issues. We help our patients build their physical resilience, so that they can perform in areas of life that are of significance to them. We have created a Patient First practice, which means we believe in and execute on building long lasting relationships with our patients through trust, respect, and good communication. We believe that what is right for the patient, is right for our providers, and right for the business.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
Salary:
  • $100,000 - $120,000 a year plus with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough initial assessment of the patient’s current condition, medical history, functional limitations, and goals to make sure we can help the patient.
  • Develop an individualized plan of care based on assessment findings.
  • Treat patients through education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and plans of care as needed.
  • Educate the patient and their families on home programs and injury prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Staff, Physicians, and others that are part of the patient’s care team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the State of New Jersey as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong ability to connect and communicate with patients
  • Strong clinical thinking skills with manual therapy background
  • Ability to work independently and be able to collaborate with a team
