Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted at Polarity Physiotherapy Center

We are now looking for a committed physical therapist to join our team in the outpatient clinic. Your job will involve helping patients restore motion and perform at their best, which will increase their quality of life and mobility. You'll be part of a supportive team in a state-of-the-art facility, dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

Salary: We offer a Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 2-3 weeks PTO time, $1,500 for CME annual allowance an bonuses.

Work Schedule:

M to F 9-5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 8-12 patients a day

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
  • Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
  • Manual Therapy
  • Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
  • Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Qualifications

  • Current New York Physical Therapist License.
  • DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
