Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions and injuries to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

Salary: We offer a Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 2-3 weeks PTO time, $1,500 for CME annual allowance an bonuses.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM

Patient Volume: 8-12 patients a day

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Conditions We Treat: Lower Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Knee Pain, Chronic Pain, Elbow Pain, Neck Pain, Osteoarthritis

Types of Patients: Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year olds+

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents to determine their physical capabilities and treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving residents' strength, mobility, and functional independence.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to address physical impairments.
  • Monitor and document residents' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care.
  • Educate residents and their families on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain and enhance physical health.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (Master's or Doctorate).
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or working with the geriatric population is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
