We are seeking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. We are committed to improving the function and quality of life for our patients. It is our belief that our patients should perform at their maximum level regardless of past and current medical conditions and treatment setting.
Salary: $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits.
Work Schedule: M to F 9 to 5 pm
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Types of Patients: Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year olds+
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares for the evaluation in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice, including obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Selects and administers tests and measures. Additionally, synthesizes evaluation results to formulate the diagnosis, goals, prognosis and plan of care.
- Establishes treatment plan based on evaluation results, goals and best practice.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team, patients and patient's support system.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an approved program for Physical Therapist
- Current California state as a Physical Therapist licensure.
- Must have 2 years of prior experience in a outpatient setting is preferred but new grads welcome!
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
- Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
- Proficient in using EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
