Looking for Physical Therapist Needed in Gemstone Wellness Center

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist for our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will partner with patients on their journey to restore motion and achieve their personal best. Your primary focus will be maximizing the quality of life and movement potential through comprehensive care.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Salary:
$90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Manual Therapy
• Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Promote healthy lifestyles focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
  

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
• No board actions or disciplinary measures on the license
• Excellent skills in manual therapy techniques
• Proficiency in developing and implementing exercise programs
• Knowledge and experience with EMR software, including WebPT
• Must possess a valid DEA number and NPI number
