We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will work closely with patients to restore movement and help them reach their highest functional potential. Your primary goal will be to improve quality of life and mobility through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and goals to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a limited patient load to provide focused, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Regularly document patient progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Licensed Physical Therapist with a clean record in the state
• Proficient in manual therapy and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, specifically WebPT
• Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually
