Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity in Sapphire Physical Therapy Center

We are actively seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in assessing patient needs, performing comprehensive evaluations, and delivering personalized, one-on-one care to achieve exceptional outcomes. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at our worksite physical therapy clinic.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and document them in compliance with guidelines and standards.
• Complete progress notes and reassessments as required, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide effective treatments to help patients reach their goals and document treatments according to protocols.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year + full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on license
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
• Proficient in EMR software (e.g., WebPT)
• 2+ years of experience in Orthopedic Outpatient settings (preferred)
• New graduates are welcome to apply; we offer comprehensive training
