Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Salary Package: $90,000 to $115,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed evaluations and assessments to understand patients' unique functional requirements and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Limit patient load to ensure each individual receives focused, high-quality care that addresses their specific goals.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Design and implement wellness programs tailored to support patients' long-term health and well-being.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Licensed Physical Therapist in California with a clean record
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
