Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted

We are looking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This position will be based at the outpatient orthopedic clinic, implement and evaluate patient care programs designed to increase, maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.

Salary:
$90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
  • Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
  • Provides exceptional patient care and service.
  • The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality with regard to medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicates well in a professional setting.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current California state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
