Full Time Physical Therapist Needed

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Physical Therapist to treat ortho patients. Our clinics enjoy a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment. Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary:
  • $90,000 to $115,000 a year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates a patient's need for ortho physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
  • Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
  • Provides high quality patient treatment including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, patient/family education and instruction, provision of safety procedures, and communication
  • Focuses on the prevention and treatment of functional disorders
  • Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises
  • Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree as Physical Therapist from an approved program.
  • Active California state license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient setting is a plus
  • New grads are welcome to apply!
  • Ability to interact and communicate with various levels of staff in the organization.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and
    competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient
    population served.
