Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted
We are looking for a talented and hard-working Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our ever-growing ortho team. Our mission is to empower our clients to achieve their optimal health and performance through personalized, evidence-based care and innovative training programs. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customized evidence-based care to patients in order to quickly achieve the outcomes they are looking for.

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8 am - 4 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Types of Patients: Geriatric Patients and Adults

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
  • Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
  • Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
  • Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
  • Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
  • Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
  • Works with the referring physician for individual needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
