Physical Therapist needed at Anderson Augment Therapy Clinic

We are looking for a PT to join our rapidly expanding team of Physical Therapists looking to push the envelope in the profession. The physical therapist provides direct patient- and family-centered care under the direction of the rehabilitation leadership team. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs. Works with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Salary Package: $90k to $115k per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and goals to create personalized treatment plans.
• Limit patient load to ensure focused, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Promote healthy lifestyles through tailored wellness programs.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state with a clean record
• Skilled in manual therapy and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
