We seek a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our patients' physical well-being and quality of life through tailored therapy programs.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Salary Package: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  • Maintain a manageable patient load for personalized care.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapies to promote mobility and recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient support.
  • Document treatment plans and monitor progress effectively.

Qualifications:

  • MPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Active Virginia Physical Therapy license.
  • No disciplinary actions on record.
  • Proficient in manual therapy techniques and program design.
  • Familiarity with EMR software like WebPT.
