Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist ready to make a real difference? Easterseals Rehab Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice in California. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with patients on their journeys to regain mobility and achieve their physical goals.

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package

What You’ll Do:

• Understand and address each patient's unique goals and needs.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized care.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient care to provide effective, cost-efficient treatments.
• Focus on improving motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Develop tailored care plans incorporating various treatment techniques.
• Design custom fitness and wellness programs suited to each patient.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that empowers patients.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Assess outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain open communication with patients.
• Accurately document all services provided.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in California.
• Clean record with no board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, such as WebPT.
• Valid DEA and NPI numbers.
