Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist at Our Orthopedic Clinic

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care, focusing on acute care and geriatric rehabilitation. You’ll work in a lively outpatient and inpatient environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based interventions that promote health and well-being.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for evaluations according to departmental policies and standards of practice, including gathering patient history and understanding patient diagnoses.
• Select and administer appropriate tests and measures, synthesizing evaluation results to determine diagnosis, goals, prognosis, and care plan.
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes, goals, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and their support systems.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active New York state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Two years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
  
• Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
• Proficient in using EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
