We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at a leading Orthopedic Outpatient Office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving the physical well-being and quality of life of our residents through personalized therapy programs. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Pay Rate: $90,000-$115,000 a year plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for assigned patients.
  • Demonstrate various treatment techniques and approaches.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
  • Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises and strategies for recovery.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and Active New Jersey State Physical Therapist license.
  • At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic outpatient care is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
