Salary Package: $90,000 to $115,000 per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify patients' specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop tailored treatment protocols that focus on improving mobility and strength.
• Facilitate communication between patients and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide instruction on home exercise programs to support ongoing rehabilitation.
• Document patient interactions and treatment results to maintain accurate health records.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
