Salary Package: $90k to $115k per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive assessments.
• Create and execute personalized treatment strategies aimed at specific rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care effectively.
• Provide educational resources for patients and families about injury management.
• Monitor and analyze treatment effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary for optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
