Salary Package: $90,000-to $115,000 per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to establish baseline functional abilities.
• Formulate and implement individualized rehabilitation plans based on assessments.
• Maintain effective communication with patients to enhance their understanding of their treatment.
• Develop and provide guidance on therapeutic exercises that patients can perform at home.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all treatment activities and patient progress.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
