Key Responsibilities:

• Dive deep into understanding each patient’s needs through thorough assessments that inform their personalized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to foster mobility improvements and pain reduction, guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.
• Work with a diverse group of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, sharing knowledge and strategies.
• Empower patients and their loved ones with the information and tools they need for effective recovery and injury prevention.
• Keep meticulous records of treatment and progress, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
