Full-time Physical Therapist needed in Joint Ventures Physical Therapy.

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our thriving Orthopedic Outpatient Office. In this role, you'll be essential in helping patients restore mobility and enhance their quality of life through personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.

As a vital member of our team, you will work within a collaborative environment, providing high-quality care to our diverse clientele. We pride ourselves on maintaining a state-of-the-art facility equipped for modern physical therapy practices.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year with full benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients’ goals and needs, tailoring treatment based on their individual circumstances.
• Manage a caseload of 1-2 patients per hour.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Develop and implement effective treatment protocols to improve patients' motion and mobility.
• Document all care activities and patient interactions as per compliance standards.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic options, exercise regimens, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Master's in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• License: Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license.
• Experience: Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in manual therapy techniques and a strong background in therapeutic exercises.
• Software: Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
• Personal Qualities: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for patient care.
