  • Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
  • Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and understand the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Maintain a focused patient load of one individual per hour to ensure personalized care.
  • Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to provide effective therapies that enhance mobility.
  • Offer cost-effective, non-surgical alternatives to minimize reliance on medication.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
  • Create customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that inspires patient confidence and motivation.
  • Support clients in improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination for a healthier lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
  • Document all services provided accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
  • Active license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • Clean record with no board or disciplinary actions on your license.
  • Proficient in manual therapy techniques and designing exercise programs.
  • Familiarity with EMR software, such as WebPT.
