CuraVista Rehabilitation Center is looking for a passionate and skilled full-time Physical Therapist to become part of our dedicated team in Washington. Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Maintain a focused patient load to ensure personalized therapeutic care.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to enhance overall patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet goals.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree (MPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington, with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong assessment skills and proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR software, including WebPT.
