Join Our Dedicated Team as a Physical Therapist

We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough evaluations, providing education on injury prevention, and facilitating therapeutic exercises tailored to individual needs. • $90,000 - $115,000 per year plus full benefits

• Evaluate patients’ needs for orthopedic physical therapy and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver care aligned with physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards.
• Ensure high-quality treatment through evaluations, treatment planning, patient education, and safety procedures.
• Focus on preventing and treating functional disorders.
• Advise patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises.
• Provide essential information to other medical professionals involved in patient care.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Maryland state Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Certification in specialized treatment techniques (e.g., manual therapy, sports rehabilitation) is a plus.
