Join us at CuraVista Rehabilitation Center as a full-time Physical Therapist in Washington. This role is essential in enhancing the quality of life and movement capabilities of our patients through various practices, including promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Recognize and fulfill the unique objectives of each patient.
• Maintain a focused patient load of one individual per hour.
• Leverage prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to administer effective therapies.
• Propose non-surgical alternatives and minimize reliance on medication.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized care based on solid evidence and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and maintain effective communication.
• Accurately document all services provided.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Familiarity with EMR software like WebPT.
