Full-Time Physical Therapist Wanted for an Orthopedic Outpatient Practice at Intermountain Physical Therapy Services

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice in Washington. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with patients on their journey to restore mobility and achieve optimal physical performance. You will engage in promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation activities to enhance patients' quality of life and movement capabilities. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility and primarily serves patients with private medical insurance.

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and effectively meet the individual goals and needs of each patient.
  • Manage a patient load of one individual per hour.
  • Utilize prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver cost-effective treatments.
  • Focus on improving patients' motion and mobility, minimizing reliance on medications, and exploring non-surgical alternatives.
  • Develop personalized care plans using various treatment techniques.
  • Create customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and personalized care.
  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment to maximize their functional capabilities.
  • Promote a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Assess treatment outcomes, monitor patient progress, and maintain open communication with patients.
  • Accurately document all patient care services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Washington.
  • No board actions or disciplinary measures on the permit.
  • Excellent skills in manual therapy techniques.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing exercise programs.
  • Knowledge and experience with EMR software, including WebPT.
  • Must possess a valid DEA number and NPI number.
