Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year with full benefits

Key Duties:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess each resident’s physical capabilities.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at improving strength and mobility.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual techniques to aid recovery.
• Monitor residents’ progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate residents and families on effective home exercise programs to maintain health.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid New York Physical Therapist license.
• Preferred experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
