Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments to determine each resident’s functional capabilities and therapy requirements.
• Design individualized treatment plans to promote strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to address physical limitations.
• Evaluate and document patient progress, updating treatment strategies as necessary.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care.
• Offer guidance and support to residents and families on home exercise programs and lifestyle changes to optimize health.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Preferred experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
