Salary:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate each patient’s needs and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
- Ensure accurate documentation for each client visit.
- Guide clients through their care journey, from addressing acute injuries to improving athletic performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences.
- Deliver outstanding service characterized by effective communication and compassion.
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New York state Physical Therapist License.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting.
- Proficient in treating a variety of health conditions.
- Strong word processing and computer skills.
