Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and education on long-term self-care strategies.
• Encourage and motivate patients as they work toward achieving their health goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Work closely with a network of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, coordinated care.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT
