Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per day
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that effectively reduce pain and enhance mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home care, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current California Physical Therapist License.
• DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
• Strong manual therapy skills.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
