Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 per year
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per day
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Types of Patients:

• Young Adults to Geriatric Patients (21 years old to 85+ years old)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care based on the latest evidence and best practices tailored to individual patients.
• Encourage and support patients throughout their rehabilitation, fostering a positive recovery environment.
• Enhance clients' overall health by focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
• Engage with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.
• Evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions to uphold quality care standards.

Qualifications:

• Current New York Physical Therapist License.
• DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
