Full Time Physical Therapist Needed to Join in an Orthopedic Outpatient practice
Schedule:
We are in search of an empathetic and motivated full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. Our goal is to help our patients build their physical resilience, enabling them to thrive in the aspects of life that matter most. We focus on establishing lasting relationships with our patients through trust, respect, and effective communication. Our clinic prides itself on a collaborative and supportive culture, where every team member contributes to high-quality patient care and their own professional development.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- $90,000 - $110,000 a year + full benefits.
- Perform thorough initial assessment of the patient’s current condition, medical history, functional limitations, and goals to make sure we can help the patient.
- Develop an individualized plan of care based on assessment findings.
- Help patients understand their journey through the practice to help the patient agree to a plan of care that they can commit to.
- Treat patients through education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and plans of care as needed.
- Thoroughly document the services and care provided to patients.
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in delivering therapy services.
- Clean record with no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures taken against the license.
- Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques.
- Skilled in developing and conducting exercise regimens.
