Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted for an Orthopedic Outpatient practice
We are seeking an empathetic and motivated Physical Therapist to join our passionate team. Our focus is on helping patients build their physical resilience, allowing them to engage fully in the areas of life that are significant to them. As a Patient First practice, we emphasize the importance of building trust, respect, and effective communication with our patients, ensuring that they feel supported throughout their recovery journey. Our clinic provides a collaborative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to meaningful patient outcomes.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary:
  • $90,000 - $110,000 a year + full benefits.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough initial assessment of the patient’s current condition, medical history, functional limitations, and goals to make sure we can help the patient.
  • Develop an individualized plan of care based on assessment findings.
  • Help patients understand their journey through the practice to help the patient agree to a plan of care that they can commit to.
  • Treat patients through education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and plans of care as needed.
  • Thoroughly document the services and care provided to patients.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active California state Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in delivering therapy services.
  • Clean record with no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures taken against the license.
  • Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques.
  • Skilled in developing and conducting exercise regimens.
