Salary:
We invite you to become a part of our talented team as a Physical Therapist. In our private practice, you will focus on restoring movement and providing exceptional active care that swiftly enhances mobility and alleviates pain. Your empathetic approach will help clients feel supported throughout their recovery process. You’ll also participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
Salary:
- $90,000 - $115,000 per year plus full benefits
- Evaluate patients’ needs for orthopedic physical therapy and create tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver care aligned with physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards.
- Ensure high-quality treatment through evaluations, treatment planning, patient education, and safety procedures.
- Focus on preventing and treating functional disorders.
- Advise patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises.
- Provide essential information to other medical professionals involved in patient care.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid California state Physical Therapy license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
