Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist at Our Orthopedic Clinic

We are excited to hire a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our orthopedic outpatient clinic. As a key member of our team, you will assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and restoring functional abilities. You will utilize evidence-based practices to guide your therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care. Building strong relationships with patients will be crucial in motivating them throughout their rehabilitation process. You will also provide ongoing support and education about injury prevention and healthy movement strategies. Your compassionate approach will help create a positive and encouraging environment for all patients.

Salary:
  • $90,000 - $115,000 per year plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients’ needs for orthopedic physical therapy and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver care aligned with physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards.
  • Ensure high-quality treatment through evaluations, treatment planning, patient education, and safety procedures.
  • Focus on preventing and treating functional disorders.
  • Advise patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises.
  • Provide essential information to other medical professionals involved in patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid California state Physical Therapy license.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
