Join our orthopedic outpatient clinic as a Full-Time Physical Therapist and make a difference in patients' lives. In this role, you will assess physical conditions and design customized treatment plans to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and restore prior levels of function. Salary:
  • $90,000 - $115,000 per year plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients’ needs for orthopedic physical therapy and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver care aligned with physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards.
  • Ensure high-quality treatment through evaluations, treatment planning, patient education, and safety procedures.
  • Focus on preventing and treating functional disorders.
  • Advise patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises.
  • Provide essential information to other medical professionals involved in patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid California state Physical Therapy license.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
