Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed

Our orthopedic outpatient clinic is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will evaluate patients' physical conditions and create customized treatment strategies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and facilitate a return to their previous level of function. You will work in collaboration with orthopedic surgeons and other specialists to deliver cohesive care. Your expertise in therapeutic techniques will be essential in guiding patients through effective rehabilitation exercises. Emphasizing education, you will empower patients to understand their conditions and take proactive steps in their recovery. Your role will be vital in fostering a culture of healing and resilience.

Salary:
  • $90,000 - $115,000 per year plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment programs that address patients’ specific needs and goals.
  • Ensure high-quality treatment through evaluations, treatment planning, patient education, and safety procedures.
  • Track patients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their response to therapy.
  • Advise patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises.
  • Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Washington state Physical Therapy license.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
