Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed
Join our orthopedic outpatient clinic as a Full-Time Physical Therapist and make a difference in patients' lives. In this role, you will assess physical conditions and design customized treatment plans to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and restore prior levels of function. Leveraging the latest rehabilitation techniques, you will deliver innovative care tailored to each patient's unique needs. You will also collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. Salary:
- $90,000 - $115,000 per year plus full benefits
- Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Create and implement individualized treatment programs that address patients’ specific needs and goals.
- Ensure high-quality treatment through evaluations, treatment planning, patient education, and safety procedures.
- Track patients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their response to therapy.
- Advise patients and families on in-home treatment options and exercises.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state Physical Therapy license.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess patients’ needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
