Available Position for a Full-time Physical Therapist

Salary:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year plus full benefit
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate, individualized treatment plan that incorporates evidence-based practice
- Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (such as heat, cold, or electrical stimulation) to alleviate pain and improve function.
- Create and implement individualized treatment programs that address patients’ specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals such as physicians, coaches, trainers, and dietitians/nutritionists to optimize the client's experience
- Keep current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and training.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Florida state Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Orthopedic setting
- Ability to understand and address patients’ emotional and physical challenges with care.
- Strong analytical skills to assess patients’ needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
