Available Position for a Full-time Physical Therapist

We are excited to welcome a talented Physical Therapist to our orthopedic outpatient clinic. The right candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care that transforms lives. Strong relationships with clients will be vital for their recovery, fostering trust and motivation.

Salary:
  • $90,000 - $115,000 a year plus full benefit
Responsibilities:
  • Assess each patient and develop an appropriate, individualized treatment plan that incorporates evidence-based practice
  • Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (such as heat, cold, or electrical stimulation) to alleviate pain and improve function.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment programs that address patients’ specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals such as physicians, coaches, trainers, and dietitians/nutritionists to optimize the client's experience
  • Keep current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and training.
  • Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Florida state Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Orthopedic setting
  • Ability to understand and address patients’ emotional and physical challenges with care.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess patients’ needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Word processing and computer skills
  • Must be highly flexible and agile
