Full-Time Physical Therapist Wanted in Kinetic Balance Physical Therapy

Join our rapidly expanding team of Physical Therapists dedicated to advancing the profession and enhancing patient care. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide direct, patient- and family-centered care under the guidance of our rehabilitation leadership team. Your role will include evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning tailored to each patient's functional needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and modify treatment plans as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a worksite physical therapy clinic.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and document findings according to established guidelines and policies.
• Complete progress notes and reassessments as required, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Deliver effective treatments that help patients achieve their goals and document these treatments accordingly.

Work Hours: M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000/year + full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design and implementation.
• Familiarity with EMR software such as WebPT.
• Preferred: 2+ years of orthopedic outpatient experience; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply, as we offer training.
