As part of our team, you will provide hands-on, patient- and family-centered care, with support from our expert rehabilitation leadership. Your role will involve patient evaluation, treatment planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our physical therapy clinic.
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and document findings in line with established protocols.
  • Complete progress notes and reassessments, ensuring compliance with professional standards and policies.
  • Deliver tailored treatment plans aimed at helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, and document all interventions.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000/year + full benefits

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state.
  • No history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
  • Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise programming, and EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy, but new graduates are encouraged to apply as we provide comprehensive training.
