As part of our team, you will provide hands-on, patient- and family-centered care with the support of our expert rehabilitation leadership. Your responsibilities will include patient evaluation, treatment planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our physical therapy clinic.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and document findings according to established protocols.
  • Complete progress notes and reassessments, ensuring adherence to professional standards and policies.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients meet their rehabilitation goals, and document all interventions.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $115,000/year + full benefits

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state.
  • No history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
  • Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise programming, and EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy; however, new graduates are welcome to apply as we offer comprehensive training.
