Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time Physical Therapist at an Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and mobility. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
SALARY:

In this role, you will evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and mobility. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - 115,000 per year plus full benefits
- Prepares for the evaluation in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice, including obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Selects and administers tests and measures. Additionally, synthesizes evaluation results to formulate the diagnosis, goals, prognosis and plan of care.
- Establishes treatment plan based on evaluation results, goals and best practice.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team, patients and patient's support system.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and achieve patient-centered outcomes
