Full-time Physical Therapist Needed to Join an Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
We are on the lookout for a skilled Physical Therapist to bolster our orthopedic outpatient clinic services. You will assess individual patient needs, formulate effective treatment strategies, and apply various modalities to improve physical function and alleviate pain. Your role in patient education and empowerment will be crucial as you guide clients through their recovery, working alongside a dedicated team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
SALARY:

Your role in patient education and empowerment will be crucial as you guide clients through their recovery, working alongside a dedicated team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - 115,000 per year plus full benefits
- Prepares for the evaluation in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice, including obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Selects and administers tests and measures. Additionally, synthesizes evaluation results to formulate the diagnosis, goals, prognosis and plan of care.
- Establishes treatment plan based on evaluation results, goals and best practice.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team, patients and patient's support system.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and achieve patient-centered outcomes
