Full-time Physical Therapist Needed to Join an Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
Join our orthopedic outpatient clinic as a committed Physical Therapist to strengthen our services. You will evaluate patients’ needs, create effective treatment plans, and use a range of modalities to boost physical function and reduce pain. SALARY:
- $90,000 - 115,000 per year plus full benefits
- Prepares for the evaluation in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice, including obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Selects and administers tests and measures. Additionally, synthesizes evaluation results to formulate the diagnosis, goals, prognosis and plan of care.
- Establishes treatment plan based on evaluation results, goals and best practice.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team, patients and patient's support system.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and achieve patient-centered outcomes
