Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted

We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice in East Brunswick, NJ. In this position, you will collaborate with patients to restore their mobility and help them reach their highest potential in functionality. We believe that every patient deserves the opportunity to perform at their best, regardless of their medical history or treatment environment.

Salary:
  • $100,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
  • Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
  • Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
  • Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
