We are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapist who is dedicated to helping patients reach their health goals. Join our compassionate team, where you will create personalized treatment plans, motivate patients, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients daily
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Technicians

• Shoulder Pain
• Knee Pain
• Chronic Pain
• Elbow Pain
• Neck Pain
• Osteoarthritis

Types of Patients: Young adults to seniors (ages 21 to 85+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized care based on evidence-based practices.
• Support and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Track and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active WA Physical Therapist License
• DPT from an accredited institution
• Clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Strong manual therapy skills
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT)
